ASTC Reciprocal Admission

It’s our world, explore it! Frost Science Members receive access to over 360 museums across the globe. Local restrictions apply.

Frost Science, a member of the Association of Science and Technology Centers (ASTC), offers its members participation in the ASTC Passport Program. This allows free or discounted visits to other participating institutions outside their local area.

Reciprocity Exclusions

The ASTC Passport Program has exclusions. Destination museums located within a 90-mile radius of either the member’s home residence or Frost Science are ineligible for reciprocal admission.
This means the Passport Program does not apply to the following ASTC institutions:

  • Museum of Discovery and Science (MODS) in Fort Lauderdale,
  • Loggerhead Marinelife Center in Juno Beach, FL
  • Cox Science Center and Aquarium in West Palm Beach, FL

If your home residence is outside of Miami, additional destination museums may be ineligible for reciprocal admission for you.

Before You Visit

  1. Verify. Visit the official ASTC Passport participating members website to determine which institutions qualify.
  2. Contact. Before you go, call or email the receiving institution to confirm their operating hours, if the discounts are still in effect, and if you need to make a reservation in
  3. Proof. Be ready to present your Frost Science Membership card as proof of active membership and participation in the Passport Program. You can use either your physical card or your digital card from the Frost Science website. Customer service will not be able to validate your membership status over the phone.

For ASTC Passport Cardholders Visiting Frost Science

Frost Science does not require reservations to use your ASTC Passport benefits. Simply present your home institution’s membership card (containing the ASTC logo) and a photo ID at our Ticket Center when you arrive. ASTC Passport admission is valid for admission and does not qualify for special programming or event days. Visiting ASTC Passport holders are eligible for complimentary admission for two adults and up to four children ages 4-11. Visiting ASTC Passport holders are not eligible for onsite member discounts.
