Learning Labs (weekdays only) are available as an add-on from August 19 – May 16. Learning Labs are $5 per student.
Planetarium shows are available as an add-on year-round. Planetarium shows are $2 per student from August 16 – May 31, and $5 per student from June 1 – August 15. Planetarium shows are limited to the 10:30 a.m. showtime only.
A non-refundable 25% of total due deposit is due 2 weeks prior to your field trip date in order to secure your reservation. An approved Purchase Order (P.O.) can be submitted in lieu of a deposit. Groups that do not submit a deposit payment or purchase order two weeks before the field trip date are subject to cancellation.
Field trip groups are permitted to reschedule ONCE within the same month (or two weeks) of the scheduled field trip date. After this, groups may not be permitted to reschedule again.
