Marina Ralston Temple

Marina Ralston Temple is the Director of Executive and Advancement Operations at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, where she plays a dual role at the intersection of executive leadership and institutional advancement. Working closely with the President and CEO, she advances strategic priorities, supports Board engagement, and helps lead donor relations, sponsorships, and high-level initiatives that drive the museum’s philanthropic growth and community impact.

Prior to joining Frost Science, Marina held leadership roles with global cultural organizations, including serving as Head of Exhibitions and Publications at the Museo Mario Testino (MATE) in Lima, Peru. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with artists, overseeing the development of international exhibitions, guiding complex, large-scale projects from concept through execution. Her broader experience spans cultural and community initiatives across Latin America, with a focus on grant development, curatorial work, strategic planning, and programs supporting artists, para-sports organizations, and women-led sustainability efforts.

Since relocating to Miami, Marina has focused on expanding access to science, culture, and education, championing initiatives that advance equity, sustainability, and community engagement. She is a graduate of the Leadership Miami® program through the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, where her team was recognized as the winning group for its innovative charitable project addressing community needs.
