Digital Membership Card

Frost Science Members now have access to a digital membership card available to store in your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. That means faster entry, fewer things to carry, and no more waiting for a replacement card. Simply scan your digital card from your phone and head straight into the museum. Any changes made to your membership account will automatically update your digital card, so there’s no weeks-long wait.

How to Get Started:


  1. Download the PassPlay for Membership app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

  2. Open the app and enter your Frost Science Member ID and the email associated with your account.

  3. The app will locate your information and generate your digital membership card, ready to add it to your wallet.

All membership updates and changes are available exclusively through the PassPlay for Membership app. We recommend keeping the app installed to access account updates and notifications about new perks. Once your card is added to your phone wallet, you can tap and scan when you visit without opening the app.

*Beginning March 1, 2026, physical cards will no longer be required. Frost Science Members who prefer a physical card may opt in by contacting us at membership@frostscience.org or 305-434-9600. FlexPass memberships are the only exception and will continue to require physical cards. FlexPass cards are not available in a digital format.
