These Terms of Use are effective as of March 7, 2017

You are advised to read these Mobile Application Terms of Use, as they set forth the “terms and conditions” which govern your use of the Museum of Science, Inc., d/b/a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science (the “Company” or the “Museum”) Mobile Application (the “App”). Your use of the App is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of these Mobile Application Terms of Use. These Mobile Applications Terms of Use are a binding contract between you and the Museum. If you are not in agreement with these Mobile Application Terms of Use, you should not use the App.

These Mobile Application Terms of Use incorporate any and all End User Agreements associated with the use of your mobile device pursuant to whether your device is an iOS Device or Android Device. In addition, these Mobile Application Terms of Use also incorporate the additional policies of the Museum which can be found at www.frostscience.org, including, without limitation, the general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, all of which are subject to change at any time and from time to time.

The Museum grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable license to use the Application for personal use only on a mobile device owned or controlled by you subject and pursuant to the applicable End User Agreement for your device. Use of the App in any manner not consistent with or permitted by such End User Agreement is prohibited.

By using the App, you acknowledge that the App may utilize or transmit your personal information, including, without limitation, user name, password, email address, financial information, and social media information, and you consent to such use.
