How to Enter this Sweepstakes:
This Sweepstakes is open to anyone who purchases a Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science membership between April 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026. Participants may only submit one entry. Entrants are responsible for confirming with their employer any policies or restrictions concerning participation in sweepstakes and similar programs.
Entry:
Participants must provide their name and a valid e-mail address. Sponsor is not responsible for any entry errors or failures, regardless of whether they are human or technical in nature. Sponsor is also not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by Internet users, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for any lost or misdelivered entries.
All requested information must be completed to enter. No purchase is necessary to claim a prize. Limit one Sweepstakes entry per household. By entering, all participants agree to be bound by the official rules of these Sweepstakes.
Eligibility:
This Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who purchased a membership between April 1, 2026 and May 31, 2026; and who, at the time of entry, are (i) legal U.S. residents located in the U.S., and (ii) age 18 and older. Employees, officers, and trustees of the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Inc., and its onsite vendors, and advertising and promotion agencies, as well as the immediate family members and/or persons living in the same households of each, are not eligible for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
Employees, officers, and trustees of the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Inc., and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to win this Sweepstakes.
Drawings:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about one month after June 1, 2026. ODDS OF WINNING ARE BASED UPON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. Winner will be notified by e-mail. Prize will be awarded in the name of the entrant whose name appears as associated with the potentially winning entry.
Prizes:
Promotion valid April 1–May 31, 2026; one (1) cruise entry per qualifying membership transaction. Prize consists of a 6–8 night Caribbean cruise for two (2) in an oceanview stateroom aboard Royal Caribbean International® (cruise fare only); winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, gratuities, transportation, and other expenses. Sailing must commence prior to November 15, 2026; blackout dates and ship restrictions apply and booking is subject to availability. Prize is non-transferable, valid for new bookings only, and Royal Caribbean International® is not a sponsor of this promotion.
Estimated value of prize is $2,400 – $4,000.
Waiver, Release, and Indemnity:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of the prize.
Participants further acknowledge that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize, including, but not limited to, its quality or fitness for a particular purpose.
Publicity Release:
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and last initial for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.
General:
All taxes and any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Prize is nontransferable, and no substitutions or cash redemptions will be made, except as provided herein. In the event the Prize is unavailable, Sponsor reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. The winner will be required to acknowledge receipt of prize within 5 calendar days of the date when such documents are sent to winner, or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. The Prize will be awarded to verified winner.
In the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, if a winner cannot be reached at the e-mail address in winner’s entry form within 5 calendar days of the first attempt, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable, the particular prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries due to technical or human error.
