Amy Gillette

A strategic leader with extensive financial expertise, Amy Gillette has been with Frost Science for over 13 years. She leads the Museum’s finance, human resources, and operational revenue functions, and oversees the organization’s risk management. She is responsible for all financial aspects of the Museum, from presenting analyses to the Board of Trustees to preparing tax returns and managing the annual financial audit. In addition to her ongoing duties, Gillette has helped the Museum navigate complex undertakings like the planning and construction of its current facility, as well as unforeseen challenges, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

Before coming to the Museum in 2010, Gillette was an auditor at the international accounting and auditing firm Grant Thornton. She earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and economics, and a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Central Florida. Gillette is a licensed Certified Public Accountant. While she grew up here in Florida, she loves to travel in her free time.
