Below you can find step-by-step instructions for purchasing tickets to the museum for both members and non-members.

Non-Member Ticket Path

Step 1: Go to frostscience.org/tickets.

Step 2: If you’re not a Frost Science Member, you may continue as a guest by choosing “no.”

Step 3: Select the day of your visit. Please note: you can only buy tickets as far as three months in advance. Use the drop-down calendar to choose your day.

Step 4: Miami-Dade County residents receive a 15% discount on Total Experience tickets. To receive the discount, enter MIAMIDADE in the promo code box. Proof of Miami-Dade County residency will be required before being admitted into the museum. Acceptable forms of ID to establish Miami-Dade County residency will be one of the following items: Florida Driver’s License or Florida state-issued ID card (must display Miami-Dade County address). Each adult ticketholder will need their own ID.

Step 5: Determine the number of people in your party and fill in the appropriate quantities in the specified boxes.

Step 6: Please select which planetarium show and the show time you would like to see.

Step 7: Once you select the show and time, click on “continue to checkout” where you will be directed to your shopping cart. Here, you will need to review and confirm that all the details of your purchase are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Step 9: You will then be prompted to log into your account, create a Frost Science account or checkout as a guest.

Step 10: Next, you will be asked to enter your billing information and select your preferred ticket delivery method—print at home or ship to an address.

Step 11: After confirming your billing information and ticket delivery method, you will need to enter your payment information. If you have a Gift Membership, you may enter the ID number to search our database. You will also have another opportunity to create a Frost Science account. If you choose to not create an account, simply enter your payment information and click on “Buy Now” to complete your order.

Member Ticket Path

Step 1: Go to frostscience.org/tickets.

Step 2: Select “yes” that you are a Frost Science member, and you’ll be directed to log-in to your account.

Step 3: Select the day of your visit. Use the drop-down calendar to choose your day.

Step 4: Determine the number of people in your party and fill in the appropriate quantities in the specified boxes.

Step 5: Please select which planetarium show and the show time you would like to see. Members may see one free planetarium show per visit, for all persons and guests listed on the account. If you do not wish to see a planetarium show, do not select a show time and continue to Step 6.

Step 6:  Click “continue to checkout” where you will be directed to your shopping cart. Here, you will need to review and confirm that all the details of your purchase are correct before proceeding to checkout.

Step 7: Select your ticket delivery method as print at home.

Step 8: Once you confirm your ticket delivery, you will need to enter your payment information if there are any additional items in your cart that require payment. Enter your payment information and click on “Buy Now” to complete your order. An order confirmation email will be sent immediately, followed by another e-mail a few moments later with the tickets attached. You may print the tickets or show them on your mobile device when you arrive at the museum, and proceed directly to the point of entry.
