Conditions*

Each family/individual will be responsible for securing and testing technology equipment needed for participation (computer, projector, etc.) and internet connection. The museum will provide a dedicated zoom line for the two hours of the virtual birthday party, but cannot provide individual technical support for participants outside of providing the dedicated link for the party.

By submitting this reservation, you are requesting a virtual birthday party from Frost Science. If the date requested is available, an invoice will be emailed to the person submitting this form within five (5) business days. Please note, that payment in full is due at the time of the invoice to secure your birthday party.
