Whether in-person or virtually Frost Science camp days are packed with fun and stimulating activities throughout the day including museum exploration, hands-on science experiments, live demonstrations and more! See below for a sample Virtual Summer Camp day schedule for grades 6 – 8 (ages 11 to 14).

Virtual camp includes one 3-hour session (morning or afternoon), and an optional lunchtime session.

Virtual Sample Summer Camp Day Schedule for Grades 6-8

Morning Session (9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.)

9:00 a.m.Check-ins and Introductions to Day’s Themes
9:30 a.m.Content Introduction, Accompanying Science Activities (materials provided), and Project Development
11:30 a.m.Wrap-up and Reflections

Afternoon Session (1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

Sessions will be facilitated by a Frost Science Educator through Zoom.
