From dance to football, all sports take determination, practice and science of course! Investigate how science and sports align for movement mechanics, body energy fuel, and ultimately better, faster and stronger athletes. Explore forces at play when throwing a ball, the 3D geometry present in soccer and complete our fitness trail challenge throughout the day that will not only have your muscles activated but your neurons firing as well. So gear up, take a deep breath and get set for a day that will have your endorphin levels off the charts!
